THE ROLE You’ll help keep the store organised, prepare customers’ orders and ensure every item is handled with care. As your confidence and knowledge develop, you’ll learn to support customers and take responsibility for more of the store’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Booking in orders, checking garments and accurately recording customers’ instructions., • Sorting, tagging and tracking garments throughout the cleaning process., • Checking finished items for cleanliness, presentation and quality., • Folding and packaging shirts, laundry and other items neatly., • Organising completed orders so they are ready for collection., • Keeping the store and work areas clean, tidy and welcoming., • Working closely with colleagues, drivers and our central cleaning team to keep orders moving smoothly.
