Sales Associate

As a true ambassador of our Maison, with a strong commercial mindset, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities :
- Ensuring an outstanding customer experience by upholding luxury retail standards, welcoming clients, providing tailored advice, and building long-term customer loyalty.
- Maintaining the boutique to the highest standards at all times, contributing to visual merchandising, replenishment of stock, and orderly presentation of products.
- Receiving and processing deliveries in accordance with internal procedures.
- Assisting with the preparation of customer orders/
- Contributing to various commercial and promotional campaigns.
- Adhering strictly to our quality, hygiene, and internal regulatory standards.
With a professional demeanor, passion for Chocolate, a dynamic and positive attitude, and a strong sensitivity to service excellence, you will actively contribute to the growth of sales of our chocolate and pastry creations.
About you :
- A relevant qualification and/or successful experience in specialised or premium retail sales is preferred;
- Strong autonomy, team spirit, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.
