Your responsibilities : • Ensuring an outstanding customer experience by upholding luxury retail standards, welcoming clients, providing tailored advice, and building long-term customer loyalty;, • Maintaining the boutique to the highest standards at all times, contributing to visual merchandising, replenishment of stock, and orderly presentation of products;, • Receiving and processing deliveries in accordance with internal procedures;, • Assisting with the preparation of customer orders;, • Contributing to various commercial and promotional campaigns;, • Adhering strictly to our quality, hygiene, and internal regulatory standards. With a professional demeanour, dynamic attitude, and a strong sensitivity to service excellence, you will actively contribute to the growth of sales of our chocolate and pastry creations, rooted in exceptional artisanal craftsmanship. About you : • A relevant qualification and/or successful experience in specialised or premium retail sales is preferred;, • Strong autonomy, team spirit, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.
