Responsibilities • Picking and packing customer orders quickly, accurately and with a high level of care., • Securing packed orders before handover to our third party riders., • Ensuring your Zapp Store is clean and tidy at all times and that any potential hazards are dealt with safely and efficiently., • Maintaining a high level of stock accuracy by conducting thorough stock checks., • Checking stock availability and expiry dates whenever picking items or adding items to stock., • Ensuring deliveries are added to stock and scanned on the system correctly., • Investigating discrepancies and using your initiative to resolve issues., • Helping with ad-hoc tasks when the need arises.
