Looking for Electricians with their test & Inspect. Working in tenanted social housing properties on an ongoing basis for the right candidate. Domestic EICR testing & remedial works as well as Aico smoke alarm installations. Also have other opportunities for Testers for Landlords EICR testing and remedial works in blocks. Must be able to drive and have own vehicle, must also be CIS registered. Day rates can be discussed based on experience.

Stone paver/floor layer urgently required for projects in London. Must be experienced laying stone on sand:cement bedding Must be experienced stone fixer, have own tools. Be able to read and understand drawings.' Must be able to install to good standard and a good speed. Must be able to understand and speak English. Good rates of pay, paid weekly. day work or price work. Blue CSCS (at least) Ability to undertake all aspects of external stone paving, cutting, laying, grouting, etc to a very high standard Experience working on large commercial construction projects.
