About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber and Heating & Ventilation Installer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems across a range of commercial and domestic properties. This role plays a key part in delivering essential services for both new-build and renovation projects under long-term client contracts. Key Responsibilities: • Install and maintain plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems • Conduct fault-finding and repair work on boilers, pipework, and radiators • Work to technical drawings and specifications • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and building regulations • Liaise with site managers and clients where required • Maintain a clean and professional working environment Requirements: • Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent international qualification) in Plumbing/Mechanical Engineering • Proven experience in plumbing and HVAC installation • Gas Safe certification (preferred but not essential) • Strong understanding of UK building regulations • Valid UK driving licence (or willing to obtain one) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good communication and problem-solving skills

I am looking for people that would like to get into fitting decking at residential homes and also holiday parks. Experience preferred but we can give full training. Tools supplied for all jobs. Start in the yard in Thurrock and then jump in a van with a team to go to parks or residential homes to install frames and decking. Hours 7 until 4 Rates of pay to be discussed depending on experience. If ages 17/18 - this will be minimum wage, and depending on experience

We operate a fleet of four Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 open-top double decker buses. The age of the fleet is from 2006 to 2011. We need a mechanic to work for us on a full-time basis to effect the day to day repairs arising from the periodic PMI reports and the daily walk around defect reports and generally keep the fleet on the road in a road worthy condition. The mechanic should be fully qualified and have an IRTEC qualification.

Carrying out drying techniques and installing drying equipment as required. Packing and removal of furniture and contents to storage. Cleaning of contents within property or at off-site locations. Liaising with customers/loss adjusters/builders/insurance companies/policy holders where necessary, ensuring a friendly and efficient service in accordance with company values. Completing paperwork and tablet-based job reports to meet company targets. Ensuring compliance with health and safety practices including carrying out risk assessments, the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment and respiratory protection equipment, making others aware of any potential dangers. Ensuring your van is equipped as required, cleaned and serviced according to manufacturer’s guidelines. Engage in regular training courses as required.
