Since setting up its first stall at Portobello Market back in 2013, Guasa Group has taken over the London street market scene, popping up its signature Latin American brands across the city’s trendiest food hall markets and music festivals.
We are looking for a full time Fast Food Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. Duties will include all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, preparation, cooking of dishes and maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have experience of a dark kitchen environment. Their experience will include advanced delivery platform knowledge and marketing campaings. Shifts fall between 10am and midnight. As weekend days are our busiest times, weekend availability is essential for this role.
