Our company is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the general operation of our office. This crucial role involves ensuring smooth daily administrative functions, providing exceptional service to visitors and callers, and contributing to overall office efficiency and productivity.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general operation of the office.
  • Greet visitors and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, delivering world-class service.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage staff calendars and schedules.
  • Supervise, mentor, train, and coach office staff, delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment, and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Produce reports, compose correspondence, and draft new contracts.
  • Create presentations and other management-level reports.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Five years of experience in office administration
  • Office management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
