Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year Company Benefits: Company Van Fuel Card The Role as Electrician: General property maintenance & installation work. You will be working in finished apartments to check and control if everything is working perfectly, e.g. lights, niche lights, dim lights, spot lights, shaver socket, towel heater etc. Your must have your own Tools If there is any fault fine, we will repair it. - Remedial works - Connecting Cables to lights, shaver sockets, etc. - Fault finding- Troubleshoot electrical problems and ensure that problems are resolved according to plan. - Second Fix - Electrical system Testing Carry out testing, inspection & certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring installations. Knowledge & installation of LED lighting. Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment Reassemble and test equipment following repairs Carry out repairs and corrective works of internal & external wiring systems. Maintenance & installation of emergency lighting. Wiring fault diagnostics. Any other duties as and when required. - Previous domestic, social housing experience The Role as Plumber: This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties. Duties: All Aspects of Plumbing Repairs and replacements of sinks water tanks, and bathrooms. Basic Carpentry Tiling Repairs Painting & Decorating Patch Plastering Repairs This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.
