Responsibilities - Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. - Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. - Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. - Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety practices, and operational procedures. - Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
