Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the gaming cafe
- Set up and maintain PlayStation consoles and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions about the games or equipment
- Monitor gaming sessions to ensure fair play and adherence to cafe policies
- Assist customers with game selection, purchases, and gameplay tips
- Keep the cafe clean and organized, including handling cash transactions
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends (5pm-3am)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge and passion for PlayStation gaming
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation:
- Hourly pay, to be discussed at the time of interview
- Same day pay after the completion of each shift
