You will be involved in all aspects of the lettings process, office coordination, and executive support. This is a key role with room for long-term progression within the company. Key Responsibilities Lettings Negotiation & Client Management: • Managing enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords., • Supporting the negotiation and completion of lettings transactions., • Preparing tenancy agreements, heads of terms, and related legal documentation., • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors throughout the leasing process.
