
We’re looking for a reliable, skilled prep chef to keep our kitchen running to the high standards our menu demands. It’s a tight, focused operation — everything has to be consistent, fresh and on point every single day.
Responsibilities
- Full daily mis en place: portioning, slicing and prepping meats, sauces and salads to spec
- Prepping pide bread accompaniments and seasonal specials
- Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Receiving and correctly rotating deliveries
- Keeping prep and storage areas clean and organised throughout the shift
- Supporting service when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen experience at prep or commis level
- Good knife skills and a solid pace — our menu is simple but the bar is high
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred
- Detail-oriented, reliable and a team player
- An appreciation for quality ingredients and focused cooking
