We are looking for a driven, confident, and client-focused Property Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between landlords, and tenants, guiding them through the property process with professionalism and care. Your goal is to deliver exceptional service while achieving individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct property viewings and valuations
-Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients and properties
-Prepare marketing materials and property listings
-Negotiate offers between tenants/landlords
-Provide accurate market advice and trends to clients
-Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
