Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted public relations strategies to strengthen the company’s brand presence in the competitive UK rental market, with a focus on international tenants and culturally diverse audiences.
Build and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers; coordinate interviews, draft press releases, and ensure timely dissemination of accurate public statements.
Plan and support community engagement initiatives to build trust and visibility among international students, university societies, and real estate service partners.
Monitor public perception across social media, online forums, and review platforms; respond to inquiries and feedback in alignment with the company’s brand and communication policy.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels and ensure alignment with broader business goals.
