The role is a full time role for an individual who can work in a care home setting.
The role will be for someone who has good organisation skills and is proficient in IT skills.

The candidate will be expected to manage all the telephone calls received by outside agencies.
The candidate will be expected to take minutes of meetings
The candidate will be expected to book appointments
The candidate will be expected to safely manage provision audits.
The candidate will be expected to support the Manager in the recruitment process of other staff.

The candidate will be expected to manage the attendance and compliance of all training for staff members
