Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Duty and Assessment team to deliver high-quality assessments of children and families in need of support., • Ensure adherence to safeguarding standards and child protection procedures., • Provide expert guidance to team members and oversee case management to achieve the best outcomes for children., • Work collaboratively with other services to ensure the provision of integrated support., • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle., • Willingness to travel within and outside the council area as required., • Proven experience in child protection, safeguarding, and conducting social work assessments.
