Job Description:
As a Sales Manager Intern, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our film production projects. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and we will help you close deals.
This is a 100% commission-based role, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your performance as training would be given. After the 6-month internship, outstanding performers may be offered a full-time position with additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads for film production services in your desirable niche (e.g., corporate videos, short films, documentaries, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients (businesses, brands, filmmakers, and content creators).
Conduct sales pitches via phone, email, and video calls.
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with the creative team to tailor proposals based on client needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Very Confident candidate is required for the role.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Passion for film, media, or entertainment is a plus.
Training will be provided that how to reach out for maximum results.
