We are looking for an experienced Hair Stylist with a minimum of three years’ professional salon experience who is confident working independently while also supporting the salon owner during busy periods. Key Responsibilities You will be expected to: • Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through to the finished result., • Welcome clients professionally and create a warm, friendly environment., • Carry out thorough client consultations., • Perform professional haircuts., • Wash, blow dry and finish hair to a high standard., • Style straight, wavy, curly and textured hair confidently., • Perform silk presses., • Carry out keratin treatments., • Apply root colours, full-head colours and toners., • Confidently perform simple colour services independently., • Assist the salon owner with advanced colour applications when required., • Prepare colour bowls and foils., • Shampoo clients and assist with treatments., • Maintain a clean, organised and professional workstation throughout the day., • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon., • Recommend professional home-care products where appropriate., • Uphold the premium standards and reputation of Mullax Hair.
