



Senior or Head Baker Opportunity – Ferment0, Central London
Ferment0 is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled and adaptable senior or head baker to join our Central Production Unit in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional who takes pride in their craft and wishes to contribute to an innovative, growing bakery business.
The ideal candidate will have solid all-round baking experience, with strong skills in brioche dough and proven pastry knowledge. Experience with pizza dough and a Food Safety Level 2 certification are advantageous. You should be **proficient with bakery and kitchen equipment, able to work confidently across various production areas **including dough, pastry, salads, and general preparation. An immediate start is available, and flexibility for overnight shifts is essential. Applicants must also have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
