The Role:
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef, supporting daily operations and confidently leading the kitchen in their absence. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a background in French or bistro-style cuisine, a calm presence, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, positive environment.
You’ll need to:
Have experience in bistro or French culinary kitchens
Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and soon lunchtimes & brunch
Be flexible and adaptable to changing menus and shifts
