As a crucial member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef at Totti plays a pivotal role in assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. With a focus on culinary excellence, creativity, and leadership, the Sous Chef ensures the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, upholding our high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. This position requires a passion for gastronomy, exceptional culinary skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu offerings, ensuring variety, creativity, and seasonal relevance.
Support the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and plating.
Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring continuity and adherence to standards.Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu offerings, ensuring variety, creativity, and seasonal relevance.
Support the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including preparation, cooking, and plating.

Contribute ideas and creativity to the development of new menu items, specials, and seasonal offerings.
Assist in sourcing high-quality ingredients and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Conduct tastings and evaluations of new dishes, providing feedback to refine recipes and presentations.
