We are currently hiring for a Bartender at our new Italian restaurant Totti in Eltham, South East London. Must be available weekends and holidays Totti is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Experience in the liquor industry is a plus but not required. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to work weekends Must be able to work standing for up to 8 hours per shift Full time position. Duties: Greet customers upon their arrival and guide them throughout their visit. Ensure that each guest has a great experience! Prepare drinks (i.e., mixing ingredients, weighing bottles, pulling shots). Maintain proper inventory levels within the bar. Check inventory levels daily to ensure that you are properly stocked.
