We are seeking an Experienced Standalone Barista on a temporary ad hoc basis to join our small, independent coffeeshop hōm located in the vibrant Dalston Square, E8 . Our space offers a beautiful and calm Japandi-inspired atmosphere, just 3 minutes from the Dalston Junction overground station. As our stand alone barista, you will be crucial to our daily operations and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: • Preparing and serving a wide range of high-quality coffee and espresso drinks., • Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a pleasant experience., • Maintaining a pristine and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about coffee and possesses a strong work ethic. Key requirements for this role are: • Significant previous barista experience, with the ability to confidently manage operations independently., • Demonstrated efficiency, independence, and a proactive approach to work., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with our diverse clientele.
