Vanity Studios, a leading London photography studio, is seeking a confident, organised and bubbly Studio Assistant to join our team.
This is a flexible, part-time role (4 days per week) ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a flexible, part-time role (4 days per week) ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients to the studio, providing refreshments and a warm atmosphere
- Respond to client emails and online reviews promptly and professionally
- Make confirmation calls and remind clients of our terms the day before their shoot
- Rebook clients who have rescheduled, ensuring diary accuracy
- Coordinate the daily schedule and assign shoots to the creative team
- Provide regular updates and end-of-day reports to the Studio Director
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has front-of-house, admin, or studio coordination experience
- Is confident, friendly, and communicates clearly
- Loves working with people and keeps calm under pressure
- Is highly organised and detail-focused
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (training provided)
