We are looking for a talented individual to join our team at Paradiso Soho! A little about us. Paradiso burger and cocktail bar is in the heart of Kingly Court operating on 2 floors, we serve fresh food, amazing cocktails and on the weekends we offer bottomless brunch. Here at paradiso we train our team members to work on the bar and on the floor providing table service so everyone has the knowledge to work in any section. What we are looking for. An experienced supervisor who has worked behind the bar and on the floor. You are well organised, presentable, polite, have experience in leading teams of up to 12 people at one time, know how to deal with customer complaints, can train new and current staff members with all the skills they need to do their jobs to the highest standard. We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work closely with our lovely Restaurant Manager to inspire, motivate and lead the front of house team in order to continuing achieving excellent guest satisfaction at Sanzio’s Restaurant. Ideally we are after someone who can take Managers position by October this year. Experience: ideally some managment experience . But you must have skills for excellent communicator and natural leadership. If you do not have assistant manager experience you must have experience of a waiter, senior water, or head waiter for at least 1 full year with references. Sanzio’s standard are very high, and we are passionate about delivering amazing experience for our guests. Our trainings are well monitored and full support is offered. Hours: between 42-48h per week - shifts operated - but we will adjust hours as per your needs. As we are a boutique family owned restaurant and our customers are 95% local people, you will have insight in the full running of the restaurant.
