Pay: £10.85–£12.71 per hour
We are looking for full-time team members with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude to join our team. This role involves working five days across a seven-day week, including weekends and closing shifts finishing at 10:30 pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service and memorable customer experiences
- Meeting sales targets
- Preparing, dipping and hand-decorating chocolate-covered strawberries and other products
- Serving customers and putting away stock
- Cleaning, washing up and maintaining high store standards
- Standing for full shifts of up to eight hours
- Working independently in a professional and responsible manner
- Wearing the correct uniform and keeping it clean
- Supporting your colleagues and maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach
You should be organised, hard-working and able to take pride in your work and personal presentation. A love of hospitality and desserts is essential, while experience in hospitality, food preparation or cake and pastry decorating is preferred but not essential.
