Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. - Design and develop menus, with a particular emphasis on handmade noodles, stir-fried dishes, and barbecue, aligning with the north-western Chinese cuisine theme. - Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. - Maintain efficiency under pressure and handle any issues that arise in the kitchen. Requirements: - A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef or similar role, particularly in Chinese cuisine, preferably north-western Chinese. - Expertise in handmade noodle-making, stir-frying. - Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
