Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans to increase sales of the company's cargo, air-freight, travel and related services. Identify prospective customers, business clients and commercial opportunities within local, regional and international markets. Conduct market research to identify changes in customer demand, competitor activity, market conditions and opportunities for new services. Monitor competitors’ cargo and parcel delivery services, pricing, promotions and customer offerings and report relevant findings to management. Manage existing customer accounts, maintaining regular communication and developing long-term commercial relationships. Prepare regular reports on cargo, parcel and travel sales, customer account performance and business growth opportunities.
