Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare some basic cocktails. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Our client is looking for a cook for their establishment in Andover. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, efficient, willing to learn and work in a culturally diverse environment. They're a unique takeaway/restaurant doing traditional British takeaways in wraps, burgers, wings, however with a Caribbean twist. They use Caribbean style and herbs to create their unique flavour and products. They also offer the Traditional Rice n Peas and Mac n cheese, which are staples of the Caribbean cuisine.
