The day-to-day responsibilities of a Cocktail Waitress: The Cocktail Waitress is responsible for providing professional table and floor service, taking and delivering drinks orders accurately, and ensuring that members and guests receive a consistently high level of hospitality throughout their visit. · · Maintain a strong knowledge of the drinks and food menus, including cocktails, spirits, wines, Champagne and premium products · · Take members’ and guests’ orders accurately and communicate clearly with the bar and wider Front of House team · · Serve cocktails, drinks and other products efficiently and to the required presentation and service standards · · Recommend drinks and premium products confidently, based on guest preferences and the occasion · · Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, discreet and personalised service throughout the guest journey · · Maintain excellent awareness of the floor, ensuring tables, service areas and guest spaces remain clean, organised and presentable · · Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation · · Check orders before delivery to ensure accuracy, presentation and any specific guest requests have been met · · Communicate allergies, dietary requirements and other guest requests clearly to the relevant team members
