Job Overview
We are seeking 2 dedicated Yard Operatives to join our team. This role involves cleaning and maintaining aluminium & plastic flooring using high-pressure water equipment, ensuring equipment is kept in pristine condition, general yard duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to operate machinery safely. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop practical skills within a dynamic environment.
Duties

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean modular temporary roadways.
• Prepare work sites by setting up necessary equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding the scope of work and completion times.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout all tasks.
• Assist with minor equipment maintenance and report any technical issues promptly.
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently whilst maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• 12 hour shifts-Nights 6pm-6am 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern
• You must have drivers license/transport to reliably get to site

Experience

• Previous experience in pressure washing or similar outdoor cleaning services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to get to site reliably & on time. Own transport required
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team and with clients. This position is suitable for motivated individuals eager to build their skills in outdoor cleaning services while providing excellent customer care in a professional setting.
