Company Secretary & Administration Role Overview The Company Secretary and Administration Officer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of the business. This role combines governance, compliance, and administrative support to help the company meet legal requirements, maintain accurate records, and run day-to-day operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Company Secretarial Duties Ensure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., Companies House filings). Prepare and maintain statutory registers (directors, shareholders, etc.). Organise and record Board and shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documentation. File annual returns, confirmation statements, and resolutions with the relevant authorities. Support directors in understanding their corporate governance obligations.
