Essential Requirements Food prep experience Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food retail kitchens Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate or willingness to obtain). Confident with food preparation and baking tasks. Ideally, a strong appreciation of Italian food and culture, with the ability to share that passion with the team and customers. We’re seeking a talented junior Sous Chef to join our team with experience in fine Italian food (no pizza on the menu).
