Job Description: About the Role We’re seeking a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Hospitality Venue Cleaner with a keen eye for detail to join our team at Cato, London. As a Venue Cleaner, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue. You’ll ensure all guest areas, facilities, and back-of-house spaces are spotless, tidy, and welcoming — helping to create the best possible experience for our guests and team alike. Key Responsibilities • Clean and maintain all front and back-of-house areas, including bar, restaurant, toilets, and communal spaces, • Carry out thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising of surfaces, • Empty bins and handle waste disposal appropriately, • Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies when needed, • Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly, • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times, • Work independently and efficiently to complete all tasks within the allocated time About You • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience essential, • A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently, • Positive attitude and pride in maintaining high standards, • Flexible to provide additional cover during holidays when needed Hours of Work • Wed-Sun Mornings (approximately 2 hours per shift) Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract Benefits: • Discounted or free food, • Employee discount Experience: • Cleaning: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person
