Cleaner - Be London - London

Flexible Multi-Service Cleaner Brilliant Cleaner | London From £14.00 per hour | Flexible hours | Regular & one-off work About Brilliant Cleaner Brilliant Cleaner is a professional cleaning company providing high-quality domestic and specialist cleaning services across London. We are currently expanding our cleaning team ahead of the busy Christmas and New Year period and are looking for reliable, versatile and professional cleaners who are comfortable carrying out a mixture of regular domestic cleaning and deep/one-off cleaning. This is a flexible opportunity suited to experienced cleaners who want the ability to take on regular clients while also having access to additional one-off and seasonal work. The Role This is a flexible, non-fixed-hours position. There are no guaranteed minimum hours, and the amount of work available will vary according to client demand and your availability. However, successful cleaners may be offered regular recurring clients following an initial appointment. Where a recurring client is accepted, we expect the cleaner to provide a reliable and consistent service in line with the agreed schedule. You may be offered a mixture of: • Regular domestic cleaning, • Deep cleaning, • One-off cleaning, • End of tenancy cleaning, where experienced, • Seasonal and pre/post-Christmas cleaning, • Other cleaning services depending on your experience and training We are particularly interested in cleaners who are versatile and willing to work across both regular and deep-cleaning appointments rather than limiting themselves to one type of service. What We're Looking For We are looking for cleaners who are: • Experienced in professional domestic cleaning, • Reliable, punctual and responsible, • Comfortable working independently in clients' homes, • Thorough and attentive to detail, • Professional and respectful towards clients and their properties, • Flexible and willing to undertake different types of cleaning, • Able to communicate professionally with clients and the Brilliant Cleaner team, • Committed to providing a consistently high standard of work Previous experience with specialist cleaning services such as end of tenancy, oven, carpet/upholstery or after-builders cleaning is an advantage but not essential. We are more interested in finding people with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to work to a professional standard. Pay From £14.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills and the type of cleaning undertaken. More experienced cleaners with additional specialist cleaning skills may be considered for higher rates for appropriate work. What We Offer • Flexible working arrangements, • No fixed minimum hours, • Opportunity to build a schedule of regular recurring clients, • Additional one-off and seasonal work, • Variety of cleaning work, • Opportunity to take on more responsibility as your experience with Brilliant Cleaner develops, • Professional and supportive working environment Important Flexibility does not mean that accepted bookings can be cancelled or declined at short notice without good reason. If you accept a regular client or a specific booking, we expect you to honour that commitment and maintain a reliable service. We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, and these will always be considered reasonably. Who This Role Would Suit This position could suit an experienced cleaner who: • Already has cleaning experience and wants more work, • Wants flexibility without being restricted to occasional one-off jobs, • Enjoys both regular and deep cleaning, • Wants additional work during busy periods such as Christmas, • Takes pride in providing a professional service How to Apply If you are reliable, hardworking and take pride in delivering a high standard of cleaning, we would be pleased to hear from you. Please apply with details of your previous cleaning experience, your general availability and the types of cleaning you are experienced in.
