What you’ll need • Your own vehicle and a clean, valid driving licence., • Proven ability to lead small teams in the field., • Strong map reading/orientation and excellent organisation., • Positive attitude and solid communication skills. You will help ensure that all guest apartments are cleaned and presented to the highest standard, with excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to creating a positive first and lasting impression for every guest. • Complete daily cleaning tasks and contribute to scheduled larger cleaning projects., • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness., • Ensure apartments are prepared to the required quality standards before guests arrive., • Build positive and productive working relationships with colleagues across the business., • Report maintenance faults promptly to the Maintenance Department, particularly those that may be dangerous or life-threatening., • Use cleaning equipment, products, and machinery correctly and safely., • Handle all cleaning materials in accordance with the relevant requirements., • Take part in ongoing deep-cleaning schedules., • Follow COSHH, manual handling, company, customer service, security, and other applicable regulations and requirements., • Actively promote teamwork and two-way communication., • Participate in company and department training., • Familiarise yourself with relevant policies and procedures.
