The primary deliverable is to provide and analyse financial information to generate insight and recommendations that support value-added decision-making, partnering closely with the Trading, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to drive performance, support strategic initiatives, and ensure robust financial control. The job holder will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, excellent reporting capability and confident use of financial systems. The role includes responsibility for a direct report, so the successful candidate must be capable of coaching and mentoring. \n Key Responsibilities: \n · Being the finance owner of all elements of company stock, business partnering with the business to provide financial analysis, insight and support.
