As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary Virtual Ward team, working under the guidance of a registered nurse to provide essential support in the health and personal care of inpatients within the ward. A key aspect of your role will involve assisting the Virtual Ward team with remote monitoring, ensuring that necessary equipment is promptly provided and set up for identified patients. You will also ensure patients and their carers are comfortable with the setup.
