Shift duties: Deliver cups to the service station, roll silverware, and pre-buss tables Stocking: Stock service areas with supplies like coffee, food, tableware, and linens Health and safety: Follow health code standards for handling food Waitresses should have strong organizational and multitasking skills, and be able to perform well in a fast-paced environment. They should also have active listening and effective communication skills, and be flexible to work in shifts
