Your primary responsibility will involve interacting with our guests and taking orders while keeping the queue moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Interact and engage with customers, taking orders with a smile and providing exceptional service. - Rotate across different stations, including preparing and frying crescentinas and managing the cash register. - Maintain speed and accuracy in cash handling, remembering customer orders to enhance service. As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. You’ll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
