The Thai Spa is a professional spa with friendly and relaxing atmosphere in Wembley Park. The spa has a sauna and we provide massage therapy for our clients: thai, deep tissue, swedish, massage, reflexology. Our goal is to provide the best service for our clients, to have a happy team and be the best in town. We are looking for self-employed massage therapist to work in our spa based in Wembley Park. Due to high demand we are looking to expand our lovely massage team. This is a self employed role that will require you to work for a minimum of 20 Hours per week over a 7 days period but not guaranteed. We are also looking for therapist's to work just on weekends for approximately 16 hours. This is a full-time role for a Domestic Appliance Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing appliances in customers' homes, communicating with customers and offering a high level of customer service. They are also responsible for diagnosing all issues with appliances and report back to admin team with details of the issues and which parts/ resources are requires to repair. It is also expected of the candidate to be able to correctly and efficiently install all kitchen appliances.

Your responsibilities will include: Answering customer enquiries over the phone, by email and face to face, through Ebay and Amazon Ensuring to take and process customer orders and payments, refunds and Ebay and Amazon To do credit checks, raise invoices and deal with paperwork, especially for business or wholesale customers To update customer records To check stock and re-order supplies as needed, coordinate with the warehouse manager To be sales oriented and grow the sales of the business To assist and support and work as a team and guide them through digital marketing and its use for sales growth
