· Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and adherence to organisational policies.
· Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs,
resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Oversee the scheduling of client appointments, meetings, and staff schedules to maximise efficiency and service delivery.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files, employee records, and financial documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
· Manage office budgets, process invoices, handle petty cash, and oversee billing and payroll activities.
· Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of office supplies and equipment, negotiating with suppliers and managing inventory.
· Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication across all channels.
