We’re looking for an experienced Operational Service Delivery Manager (account manager) to join our Metering Support Services team. This role is all about building strong client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards, and driving operational improvements. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams (field services, finance, compliance, and regulatory) to deliver projects and identify growth opportunities.
