• Role: Video Editor, • Location: Remote, • Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $55,000 – $90,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits. Role Overview We are hiring a Video Editor to edit video content across marketing, social, and brand. The role combines technical editing chops with strong narrative instincts — turning raw footage into stories people actually finish watching. Key Responsibilities • Edit short-form and long-form video for social, ads, and brand content, • Conform raw footage, sound design, colour, and motion graphics, • Collaborate with creative leads on scripts, storyboards, and direction, • Optimise videos for each platform's spec, length, and viewing behaviour, • Maintain organised project files, asset libraries, and version control, • Iterate on video performance data to improve formats over time Required Skills and Qualifications • 3+ years editing professional video content, • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve a plus), • Strong portfolio across social, brand, and product video formats, • Working knowledge of motion graphics and basic colour grading, • Familiarity with audio editing and sound design fundamentals, • Comfort with platform-native specs (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube) What You'll Bring • A strong portfolio that shows both range and craft, • Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly without ego, • An eye for detail and a sense of when good is good enough, • Comfort working asynchronously across time zones What We Offer • Fully remote, flexible work hours, • Performance-based bonus structure, • Annual learning & development stipend, • Health and wellness benefits (varies by location), • Opportunity to work on high-scale, real-world impact projects Equal Opportunity Statement This is an equal opportunity role.
