Located atop a former department store in London’s West End, Aqua Nueva serves refined, contemporary Spanish cuisine from the North, with a seasonal à la carte menu and menu del día. Your collaborative spirit will boost your colleague's confidence, develop their skills, and thus ensure high standards of service are met, • Craft Recipes for Success: Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to: • £4.55 extra per hour each month for Chef de Partie., • £2.95 extra per hour each month for Demi Chef de Partie.
