Role Description We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion, sales, and booking operations for our food and drinks pop-up events. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and has a strong understanding of hospitality, events, and brand marketing. You will be responsible for driving ticket sales to food and drink concepts, managing private bookings, overseeing marketing materials, and maintaining a strong digital presence across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Drive ticket sales and participation from food and drink concepts for each pop-up event, • Identify, approach, and onboard new food vendors, brands, and partners, • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and clients, • Create and manage marketing brochures, sales decks, and promotional materials, • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote pop-up events, • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), • Manage day-to-day social media activity, including comments, messages, and, • community engagement, • Manage the events diary, including pop-up schedules, vendor slots, and key deadlines, • Coordinate timelines across sales, marketing, and event delivery, • Handle enquiries for private bookings, brand collaborations, and bespoke events, • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts for private clients, • Act as the main point of contact for private booking clients from enquiry through to delivery Skills & Experience Essential • Proven experience of minimum of 3 years in a Sales and Marketing Manager role, ideally within hospitality, events or food & beverage, • Strong sales skills with a track record of closing deals and meeting targets, • Experience creating marketing materials such as brochures and presentations, • Hands-on social media management experience, • Excellent organisational and diary management skills, • Experience working with pop-ups, festivals, street food, or live events, • Knowledge of ticketing platforms and CRM tools, • Highly organised and detail-oriented, • Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially minded, • Creative with a strong understanding of brand storytelling, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment, • Passionate about food, drink, and live experiences What We Offer • Opportunity to shape and grow an exciting food and drinks pop-up brand, • A creative and collaborative working environment, • Flexible working arrangements, • Monthly Wellness allowance Salary: £40K basic salary according to experience + benefits including, training, monthly well-being programme, company socials, and more.
