Your New Role... We're looking for a technically minded problem-solver to join our Engineering team, providing hands-on support across our iconic Soho Square and brand new Greek Street locations. What You’ll Bring • Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a strong focus on marketing technology., • Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is essential., • One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications in Adobe (e.g., AEP, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront)., • Past experience in a consultative role, supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an Architect/Principal Consultant or as an employee Marketing/Technical leader., • Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including Adtech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights., • Significant hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security, and Data Ingress/Egress., • Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas and “tell a story” to support recommendations to technical, marketing, and C-Suite audiences., • Proven capability to quickly diagnose challenges and opportunities, translating them into robust future-state architectures., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Lucid Chart/Visio., • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing, MBA, or equivalent experience.
