    We are looking for a reliable and professional Property Viewing Agent to join our growing team. This is a field-based role and requires you to "HAVE YOUR OWN CAR" covering properties across London. You will be responsible for conducting multiple property viewings each day, meeting prospective tenants, showcasing available properties, taking photographs, and reporting back to the office following each appointment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, is highly organised, and can manage their own schedule while maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Conduct open-house and private property viewings across London., • Meet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner., • Arrive at every viewing punctually and prepared., • Take clear photographs of properties where required., • Submit viewing reports and tenant feedback to the office promptly., • Ensure properties are secure before leaving., • Coordinate efficiently with the office regarding schedules and any issues encountered during the day., • Travel between multiple properties daily. Requirements • Full UK driving licence., • Own reliable vehicle (essential)., • Comfortable driving throughout London each day., • Excellent time management and organisational skills., • Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy., • Professional appearance and communication skills., • Confident using a smartphone for photos, maps, and reporting., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Previous experience in property, lettings, estate agency, customer service, or a similar field is desirable but not essential.
