Leeds, England We are looking for a Partnerships Sales Manager for an exciting real estate development opportunity in Leeds! The shift in working patterns following COVID-19 has accelerated global demand for flexible workspace solutions. To meet this growing demand, our client is rapidly expanding its network across the UK, including key regional hubs such as Leeds. To support this growth, they are recruiting partners to open and operate new locations. Target partners include building owners, franchise operators, and competitors. Partnerships are structured under a variety of commercial models, requiring a dynamic, strategic, and highly driven business development approach. Role & Purpose The Partnerships Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving and developing business partnerships at both local and regional levels across the Leeds and wider Yorkshire market. You will be proactive, entrepreneurial, and passionate about business development — generating your own leads while also converting centrally-driven inquiries into successful commercial partnerships. Success in this role can open opportunities across the wider organisation, including general management, cross-functional, and international career paths. Key Responsibilities • Generate awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition across the Leeds market by building strong B2B relationships., • Identify, contact, and pitch prospective partners through networking, local canvassing, industry outreach, and cold calling., • Source partners capable of accelerating network growth through building conversions or securing new real estate opportunities., • Present and sell the full range of partnership solutions, converting interest into commercial negotiations and securing board-level approvals., • Collaborate with the legal team to convert negotiations into signed contracts., • Spend significant time in the field generating leads, meeting stakeholders, and closing deals. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications • Sales and/or B2B business development experience in a fast-growing, dynamic environment., • Self-starter with a relentless focus on delivering results., • Proven ability to source and convert deals quickly, with tenacity and dedication., • Demonstrable track record of delivering multiple deals of meaningful scale (£250k+ investment)., • Commercially driven, self-sufficient, and comfortable taking calculated risks to succeed., • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence audiences of all sizes., • Strong business and financial acumen, providing credibility and confidence in high-level negotiations., • Ability to perform under pressure and independently generate interest in a value proposition.
