Pay: Competitive salary dependent on experience Location: Bedford Job Type: Full-time/Flexible About the Opportunity Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience of managing a small team and exposure to Will drafting? We are specifically looking for a Team Manager with strong management skills and Will Drafting experience to join our team, supporting our fee-earning solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years’ experience of managing a small team and with a strong interest in Private Client services, particularly in Wills and Estate Planning. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing a small team of administrative staff who provide administrative support to fee-earning solicitors., • Assisting with the drafting and reviewing of Wills and related legal documents., • Managing clients, correspondence, and document preparation., • Handling client enquiries professionally and sensitively., • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records., • Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders., • Ensuring compliance with legal and firm procedures. What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from candidates who meet the following criteria: Experience & Skills: • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role as a Team Manager, preferably in a law firm., • Experience in Will drafting and an understanding of estate planning., • Strong leadership skills., • Strong administrative and organisational skills., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
